Ashleigh Jeffery-Price
has been practicing yoga for over 22 years.

She is a Canadian Yoga Alliance Certified Gold Level Yoga Therapist, Instructor, Children’s Instructor, and the Owner and President of Kinesthetic Bodhi; breathe, balance, be.

Ashleigh offers classes and consultations at her home-based studio in Horseshoe Valley, as well as BLiSS Yoga Studio and Education Centre in Barrie, Ontario. Her community partners include: Autism Ontario, Gilda’s House, Candle Lighters, Thrive Therapeutics, Get Moving Physio and SVH Massage Therapy, Barrie Elites, Catulpa Community Support Services, Asanas for Erica, and The Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board. Through theses organizations, Ashleigh develops, implements and offers a varierty of programs for adults, children and families.
Her training includes: Yoga Therapy, Hatha Vinyasa, Kids Yoga, Yoga for Children with Special Needs, Hot/Lava Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kirtan, inspired Vedic Thai assisted Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Chair Yoga, and the Groove Method.
Ashleigh believes in working with all ages and levels to assist in the exploraion and discovery of awareness through movement.
